Do we have to book with the travel agent?

Yes — please book with our travel agent so your accommodations and transfers are coordinated for the destination wedding. They'll secure our room block rates, confirm shuttle times, and handle any special requests; contact details and booking instructions are on the Travel page.

How can I contact the travel agent?

You can contact Michelle Atchley by phone or email. Phone: (504) 312-0974 Email: michelle.executivetravel@outlook.com

How many nights do I have to stay?

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Guests are welcome to stay longer! Quotes are provided for 3–6 nights—if you'd like to extend beyond that, please contact Michelle and she’ll arrange it.

Is there a payment plan?

Michelle can work with you to set up a custom payment plan—please contact her directly for options, deadlines, and how to make payments.

Are transfers to and from the airport available?

Yes — shuttle transfers between Punta Cana Airport and Dreams Onyx are included with your stay. Michelle will provide you with transfer details. The resort will confirm departure details the day before you are set to leave.

Do we have to book flights with the travel agent or can we book on our own?

You’re welcome to book your own flights, but Michelle can also handle bookings for a seamless experience. If you book independently, please send Michelle your flight details so she can arrange airport transfers and confirm pickup times.

Are children welcome to attend?

We love your little ones, but to help everyone relax and enjoy our destination celebration, this will be an adults-only event. Only children who are immediate family will attend. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do we have to pay for food and drinks at the resort?

The resort is all-inclusive. Food and drinks are covered in your stay, and you’ll have access to the resort’s many venues (over 10 restaurants and 10 bars). Some specialty or premium restaurants may require reservations and may charge an additional fee; details and reservation instructions will be available in the Hyatt Inclusive Collection app.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Think elevated beach attire: lightweight fabrics, breathable linens, summer dresses, sundresses or dressy separates for women; linen trousers with a button-down for men. Footwear should be comfortable —dressy sandals or wedges recommended. Bright colors and prints are encouraged; avoid heavy formalwear, black-tie, or high heels. If you’re unsure, aim for smart-casual with a touch of tropical flair.
